NCSC/KLP and the Kosovo Chamber of Advocates Gender and Minority Committee strategically plan for the future

On March 5, 2013, NCSC/KLP and KCA organized a workshop on drafting a Strategic Plan for the KCA Gender and Minority Committee. NCSC/KLP/DLA experts facilitated the three year strategic planning. As a result of this workshop the drafted a strategic plan that defined the committee mission statement, objectives and activities over the coming years. It was agreed that the committee mission statement would be “The KCA Gender and Minority Committee have the mission to support and enhance opportunities for women attorneys, with the goal of equal participation and equal rights of women in the KCA, the profession, and the justice system”. This was milestone in the development and sustainability of the KCA Gender and Minority Committee
