On June 19, 2013, NCSC/KLP signed a contract with the Spartan Soft company, for purchase of the source code and improved KCA database. It was agreed that the company would deliver the final version of the database on July 31, 2013. Next steps include beta testing the software until December 31, 2013. Training on the use of the software will also be scheduled in the next few weeks.
