Kosovo Bar Association will now draft more reasoned disciplinary decisions
On February 26, 2014 NCSC organized a skills building workshop on, "How to draft disciplinary decision". The training was delivered by KLP/DLA ethics expert Peter Lindau. The aim of the training was to develop a unified decision drafting system for KBA Disciplinary Review and Appeals Committee. As a result of the training members of KBA disciplinary commissions will now be able to consistently draft well-reasoned and transparent disciplinary decisions.
