Kosovo Bar Association organized female lawyers networking meeting reaching out to law students
On June 25, 2014, NCSC/KLP monitored a women's networking forum, organized by the Kosovo Bar Association (KBA). The forum was made up of female lawyers, interns and law students from University of Prishtina Law Faculty, Iliria College and Fama College. During the forum female lawyers shared their experiences with female law students. Advice was given on ways to overcome obstacles in becoming a female lawyer. The law students expressed their appreciation to KBA in providing a platform for young women to learn more about becoming a lawyer. This forum was organized by the KBA as any activity implementing the strategic plan of the KBA Gender Committee.
