KLP and KBA organized the Central Bench-Bar Conference

On December 23, 2014, KLP and KBA organized the Central Bench-Bar Conference. The objective of this conference was to reflect on the contribution of the KBA to addressing persistent challenges and perceived deficiencies in the justice sector through Bench-Bar meetings. The Conference was moderated by the KBA President Ibrahim Dobruna. Welcoming remarks were given by KBA President Ibrahim Dobruna, USAID Mission Director James Hope, KJC Chair Enver Peci, KPC Acting Chief State Prosecutor Sylë Hoxha and Kosovo Police Deputy General Directior Naim Rexha. The Conference was followed by a panel discussion and was attended by 56 justice system representatives, including judges, prosecutors, and lawyers. The event was covered by local media.
